Third day at Helsinki

We started our third day of the stay out with going to the flea market once again. This time the market was much bigger and also more interesting. Sadly, during the first minutes, I got my hear broken by the most amazing vintage Balenciaga skirt with green bows with size 48 marked inside... I thought, maybe I can make it smaller, but in the end I threw that though out of my head because I realized that if you remove 4/5 of the skirt, effect is not the same...

My mood got better after I'd bought 2 floral dresses, knitted sweater and a clock from Paris. I also found adorable bowler hats à la Minimarket. They had them in every pastel color you can imagine!

After the flea market we visited every store at the Design street and then headed to Temppeliaukio Church, where there was a wedding at that time.

In the evening we had a picnic at a lovely island. We barbecued corn and ate wasabi peas.

Kolmas päeva algas taaskord sellega, et seadsime sammud kirbuturu poole. Seekord oli turg tunduvalt suurem ja ka palju põnevam. Kahjuks suutis juba esimestel minutitel mu südame murda maailma ilusaim roheliste lipsukestega vintage Balenciaga seelik, mille suuruseks oli märgitud 48... Mõtlesin isegi, et äkki annaks seda kuidagi väiksemaks teha, aga lõpuks viskasin selle mõtte peast, kuna sain aru, et kui seelikust eemaldada 4/5 materjalist, et tule see efekt just väga esile...
Küll tegi mu tuju paremaks aga väga armas kell Pariisist, kaks lillelist kleiti ja kootud kampsun/kleit. Leidsin ka armsad Minimarketi stiilis kübarmütsid kõikides pastelsetes värvides, mis üldse olemas on!
Peale kirbuturgu käisime läbi enamus poode Disainitänaval ning suundusime Kaljukirikusse, kus parasjagu toimusid pulmad.
Õhtul kõndisime saare peale ja pidasime piknikku. Grillisime maisi ja sõime wasabi herneid.
