What I Wore - stripes and gold

Since I'm still sick and staying in home, I'm sharing you some older pictures, taken when it was still tooo hot outside. The striped dress is from eBay (gold buttons are sewn on by myself), the belt is vintage and the bag is from pull and bear.

Kuna ma pole veel ikka päris terveks saanud, jagan teiega natuke vanemaid what I wore pilte sellest ajast kui veel ikka päris päris soe oli. Triibuline kleit on eBayst (kuldsed nööbid on ise pandud juurde), vöö on vintage ja kott on pull and bear.

MOOD

I have no particular photo material for you today since walking barefoot in the city brought its counsequences and now I have no voice for the second day. I can't go out and I'm trying to get better here at home. Anyways, yesterday I got the magazine MOOD where there is an aricle about bloggers' must haves for the upcoming season. Me and Anni represent the Estonian blogging scene, but Chiara, The Stylish Wanderer are Horst also there alongside with us.

Mingit erilist pildimaterjali mul teile täna pole, sest paljajalu mööda lina trippimine tõi omad tagajärjed ja nüüd mul pole teist päeva häält, kuid selle eest on mul topelt köha ja nohu ja kõiksugused valud. Välja ma ei saa ja üritan kõvasti paraneda siin. Igatahes, sain eile ajakirja MOOD kus on artikkel blogijate must-havedest järgmisel hooajal. Eesti blogijatest olen esindatud mina koos Anniga, välismaalt on aga näiteks Chiara, The Stylish Wanderer ja Horst.

Ja veel, märkimaks uue hooaja algust, ostsin endale sellise eriti sooja keebi. Olin seda mitu korda juba imetlenud poes ja nüüd lõpuks tulin sellega koju ära ka.

It's useful being top banana in the shock department

On Sunday I went to the Rooftop Cinema with Britt to see the Breakfast at Tiffany's. It was the most random and funniest movie experience ever! The guys sitting in front of us were in a very happy mood or a little bit tipsy and not that much interested in the film so we got to hear Moon River performed by them and a short flute concert. At some point their headphones turned into imaginary 3D glasses and right before the end they fell asleep as well. Then, out of nowhere some guys with segways rode into the theatre like it was the most usual thing. They drove away. We stayed confused.
But the movie itself was beautiful. Classical plot, gorgeous Audrey, Givenchy dresses and the world's most beautiful coat and of course...Moon River.

Pühapäeval käisime Britiga Katusekinos "Breakfast at Tiffany's" vaatamas. See oli lihtsalt KÕIGE naljakam ja randomim filmikogemus üldse! Meie ees istunud seltskond oli väga lõbusas meeleolus või natuke tipsy ja tänu sellele saime kuulda Moon River'it Audrey Hepburn'i ja nende esituses ning lühikese paaniflöödikontserdi. Ühel hetkel muutusid nende kõrvaklapid 3D prillideks ja enne filmi lõppu suutsid nad veel magama ka jääda. Siis keset filmi, rahvas istus ja kinno sõitsid 4 segway'dega inimest nagu see oleks kõige tavalisem asi. Ja siis nad sõitsid minema. Ja me olime segaduses.
Paar väga halba nalja välja arvata oli film ise nii nii ilus. Klassikaline plot ja ilus Audrey ja Givenchy kleidid ja maailma perfektseim mantel ja Moon River.

Helsinki 2

The second Helsinki post is all about pink outfits.

Both of my dresses are from H&M.

Bought the nailpolish from two Finnish girls at the Hietalahti flea market.

My new favorite place in Helsinki, the Helsinki graveyard. It's so beautiful I could spend hours there.

Also visited my favorite cafe in Helsinki. It's so conveniently close to our home and it's the coziest place by the sea.

The bracelet is from another flea market. Got it for 50 cents!

Helsinki

So I'm back from Helsinki now. There's lots of pictures so I think I need to divide them into spereate posts. The trip itself was a classical 90% shopping 10% sights trip. This time we visited more flea markets than usually and I saw everything from corner shops with everything for 20 cents to luxurious antique boutiques. Looking at there really classy old ladies I found myself a new hobby and goal- when I'm as old as them, I need to have as many boxes of jewellery as them so my new hobby is officially collecting vintage brooches and pins. I thought that for starter I should buy a 100 years old brooch with deer and flowers but that stayed as an idea... I'm still collecting the pins though!
Anyways, here's the VOL 1 of Helsinki! (I think it was about time to have some b&w post)

Olen nüüd Helsingist tagasi. Pilte on nii palju et pean need vist mitme postituse peale ära jagama ma kardan. Reis ise oli klassikaline shopping 90% vaatamisväärsused 10% reis. Seekord külastasime rohkem kirbuturge kui me varem oleme külastanud ja nägin kõike alates nurgatagustest 20 sendi hoovidest kuni kalliste antiigipoodideni. Vaadates kõiki eriti classysid vanaprouasid võtsin endale ka uue hobi/eesmärgi- mul peab vanaduspõlveks olema kogunenud karpide viisi ehteid niiet ma nüüd ametlikult kogun vintage prosse. Mõtlesin et algatuseks oleks hea teha mingi eriti väärtuslik "sissemakse" ja osta endale näiteks 100 aastat vana põdra ja lilledega kuldpross, aga see mõte jäi millegipärast sinnapaika...Prosse kogun ikkagi!
